Our 2018 Toyota Sienna does not have a key, just a push button to start.
Okay, nice vehicle!
You are right, on the newer models resetting the maintenance light is different. You’re going to use the steering wheel navigation buttons. Scroll over to the little gear icon (sprocket) and press enter. Then scroll to “Settings.” Then scroll all the way down to “Maintenance Reset” and press enter. It will then ask you, “Reset the Maintenance Reminder?” So click the Enter button to select “Yes.”
Good luck, I hope this helps.
You left out crucial steps. You need to set the odometer to ODO reading first. Then turn off the ignition. Then follow the other steps listed listed. It won’t work if the odometer is set to Trip or Trip B.
